2th of April : e-vent „Mindful for Peak Performance and Wellbeing“ (online, in English)

Mindfulness is a basic human quality and it refers to a particular state of mind: one that is alert, aware and fully present.

During these turbulent times, mindfulness skills addresses the physiologic impact of social distancing and the need for connection, support, and community in challenging times. Mindfulness can help to navigate the overwhelming amount of information and uncertainty, know how to remain focused, calm and grounded and help guide intentional wise action.

Virtual Mindfulness Session – 90 min session delivered virtually (via Zoom)

  • Theoretical background
  • Interaction in small groups with Zoom via chat-rooms
  • Engagement with participants (Q&A)
  • Short mental training tools to increase focus and build resilience

The focus is not on meditation but on understanding the benefits of self-awareness, presence, resilience and perspective taking.
